Q1. What is the alcohol and drinking policy for BYOB sessions?
Our evening social sessions are strictly Bring Your Own Bottle (BYOB) for guests aged 18 and over. To support our eco-friendly studio goals and eliminate single-use plastics, please bring your own reusable cups or drinking vessels along with your drinks.
Q3. Can absolute beginners join the pottery and craft workshops?
Absolutely! Every single masterclass we run is 100% beginner-friendly. Our friendly, expert instructors guide you step-by-step through the entire process. All professional tools, protective aprons, and premium raw materials are fully provided for you.
Q4. What is your policy on rescheduling or running late?
Because crafting takes time and instructions start promptly, entry closes strictly 15 minutes after the session begins. If you need to reschedule your booking, we require at least 48 hours' notice before the class starts to help us manage our small studio slots.
